SM Pass FAQ
WHAT IS SM PASS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY, WHO MUST BE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
SM PASS is not available at the following store locations: Colorado and Utah, or the Freebird by Steven location in Nashville, TN.
SM PASS is a tiered loyalty and rewards program. It's free to join and allows you to earn exclusive rewards based on qualifying purchases. Please refer to the SM PASS Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions for the full details of the program terms.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO JOIN SM PASS?
To join SM PASS, you may be required to provide any or all of the following information: first and last name, email address, phone number and zip code. It's that simple. There is no requirement to make any payment or purchase or to provide any credit card information in order to join. Phone number will be used for in-store account lookup. DO I NEED A STEVEMADDEN.COM ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO SIGN UP FOR SM PASS?
Yes, all members of SM PASS must have a valid SteveMadden.com account. If you do not have an account, click here. It is free to sign up for an SM PASS account; there is no requirement to make any payment or purchase or to provide any credit card information to sign up for an account.
ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS TO THE TWO-DAY SHIPPING?
Free Two-Day Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply to In Store Orders, Clearance Items or Gift Cards purchased in stores.
CAN I TRANSFER MY REWARDS TO ANOTHER MEMBER?
No, you cannot transfer (or sell) rewards to anyone else in the program.
HOW DO I START EARNING rewards?
As soon as you sign up for SM PASS and make your first purchase you start earning rewards. You will get a reward on your first purchase. Shortly after each purchase you will receive your next reward via email.

I USED TO EARN POINTS WITH SM PASS, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY POINTS?
To make the program easier to use and faster to earn rewards, we eliminated points from the program. We converted your points to dollar’s off reward and sent it to you via email on November 8, 2019. You have until 03/31/2020 to use the points conversion dollars off reward.
WHY AM I RECEIVING STEVE MADDEN EMAILS?
When you opted in to SM PASS, you also opted in to receive marketing emails from Steve Madden. But don't worry, you can unsubscribe at any time.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM STEVE MADDEN MARKETING EMAILS?
You may opt-out of receiving Steve Madden marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email to manage your preferences. You can choose to unsubscribe from all emails or elect to only receive loyalty emails: communications concerning your membership account and other service-related communications. DO I GET REWARDS FOR STEVE MADDEN IN-STORE PURCHASES?
Yes. By providing the store associate with one of the following: email address, first & last name, phone number or showing your loyalty ID using the mobile app you will earn rewards for your purchase.
WHICH PRODUCTS EARN ME REWARDS?
All Steve Madden products are eligible to earn rewards. Please note that you will not earn rewards for the purchase of Gift Cards.
WHAT PURCHASES CAN MY REWARDS BE APPLIED TO?
Rewards can be applied to in-store or online purchases. The merchandise subtotal needs to be equal to or greater than the reward value. Rewards cannot be applied to taxes, shipping and handling charges, or any other fees. Please also note that rewards are limited to one (1) per order/transaction.
WHAT IF I USED A REWARD AND THE ITEM IS RETURNED?
If you use a reward and return the item, you will receive a new reward to reuse on your next purchase. You will not receive a new reward if you return part of a multi item order. If the item is exchanged, the reward amount can be reapplied to your new purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF STEVE MADDEN CANNOT FULFILL MY ORDER AND A REWARD WAS USED?
If your order is cancelled you will be sent a new reward to be applied to your next purchase.
I DON'T WANT TO BE A PART OF THE STEVE MADDEN SM PASS PROGRAM ANY LONGER - HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We're sorry to see you leave, but if you no longer want to be a part of the SM PASS program please contact our customer service team at 1-888-526-2881, 7 days a week, 9am-10pm ET and they can assist you.
CAN MY SM PASS MEMBERSHIP BE TERMINATED?
We can terminate any member from the SM PASS program, in our sole discretion, for any reason including, but not limited to, a member's failure to comply with the SM PASS Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED OR TERMINATED, WHAT HAPPENS TO THE REWARDS THAT I ALREADY EARNED?
If your membership is cancelled or terminated, rewards and benefits in your SM PASS account will automatically terminate. We will advise you of the effective date of termination.
I MADE A PURCHASE BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY EMAIL WITH MY NEXT DISCOUNT?
