Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Surprisingly comfortable.

"These boots are surprisingly comfortable. In Steve Madden boots I always get a size 7 to allow room for socks. I also have shoes that are open toe that are both 6 and 6.5 but I usually buy 6.5 in case there is swelling in summer months. I would say a 7 was a good choice. I tried it on with no socks and there is a good centimeter of space to the toes. My foot flat is 9 inches from toe to heel, incase that helps. There is also good padding in it which really surprised me."

Comfortable heels

"I have skinny ankles and was hoping that with laces these shoes will fit better. I had similar shoes before and I could regulate the ankle fit. Size 9.5 of these shoes however is wider in ankles than I expected. So it makes feet look "heavy" comparing to skinny legs and ankles. The high heels are very comfortable, so I will keep the shoes to wear with long pants covering the ankles."
