Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

SHIPPING:

SM PASS INSIDER and VIP accounts receive Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 while SM Pass SUPERSTAR and ICON accounts receive Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $75. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Military/Air Force Bases, and we do not ship to any other countries, regions, territories, U.S. possessions, freight forwarders, PO boxes, or destinations not explicitly listed.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"Absolutely love the color and fit of these boots. They are comfortable too. The manufacturing quality leaves me unsatisfied though. One of my zippers has at least 1cm of unwinded thread. Yes I can cut it but I won’t know if that will be a problem later. The seams are poorly done and unpleasant to look at. The stitching is inconsistent on both boots, with one having more white show down the seam than the other. At the tip of the shoe, the finishes are also drastic. One boot looks seamless and the other is messy. Overall, no one will notice this on a night out but it misses the mark on being a great boot."

"I LOOOOOVE these boots!! I have wanted a pair for so long. I immediately wore them out the first night I got them and the night after too! They aren't the most comfy, but if you go a half size up you can fit a thin insole to give some extra comfort. Or some extra squishy socks. But I am SO happy with them! I'm gonna wear them to death!"

Nice look but manufacturing can be improved

"I loved my boots upon receipt. They looked great and were comfortable, and I wore them to an important PR event. As I was going through the revolving doors of the building, the plastic bottom part of the heel fell off. It had a “lock-in” mechanism where plastic “nails” fit into grooves, but the plastic was not glued on and thus vulnerable to falling off. I sat in the lobby trying to put the sole back on the heel - and managed to do so, but I will take them to the cobbler to get them glued on. The upshot is that the design is nice, but the construction is subpar."
