Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

SHIPPING:

SM PASS INSIDER and VIP accounts receive Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 while SM Pass SUPERSTAR and ICON accounts receive Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $75. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Military/Air Force Bases, and we do not ship to any other countries, regions, territories, U.S. possessions, freight forwarders, PO boxes, or destinations not explicitly listed.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"Not sure yet how amazing the quality of the shoe is, but I randomly picked these up and I really love how they look! I’m usually a size 10 and don’t have the narrowest foot, but I sized down to a 9. I probably could’ve done a 9. 5, but I do think they’ll stretch a little with wear. If you want them to feel comfortable right away, I’d recommend sizing down only half a size. They’re perfect for fall, a great price, and I love that they don’t make my feet look huge."
