Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

My comfy black boots

"This is actually my second pair of these boots. I found my first pair at Marshall’s for a great price. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the zipper, so I took them to a shoe repair shop, but the zipper broke again. I loved them so much that I ordered a second pair. I expected this pair to run small like my first pair, but they actually have a little more room, which turned out to be a good thing. Now I can comfortably wear thick socks during the winter. These are my everyday boots. They’re comfortable, versatile, and easy to dress up or dress down. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them."

Beautiful olive boots

"I love these boots. They're very sturdy. The color is gorgeous. I'm between a 7 1/2-8 and I ordered the 8. I'm glad I did so I can wear a heavier sock in them. The opening to the boots is very narrow so if you have a thicker ankle, you will not be able to zip them up. That's my only complaint. I can zip mine but they fit snug."

"The style is beautiful and different. It’s a little stiff and very small. I wear size 7. 5 and I had to exchange for a size 8. 5. The zipper gets stuck which is a bit annoying. Is a little bit tight on the ankle area. I loved because the style is amazing. It just should be more comfortable, light weight and if they working on those adjustments I mentioned, that boot s will me rated as prefect!"

Came in a damaged box

"I ordered online a black leather and bone nubuck in size 7. 5 on final sale as a gift for my sisters who live abroad. Black is fine, only bone one has a damaged box so I cannot give it as a present unfortunately and cannot return as its final sale and I bought it around 6 mo ago. Never gonna buy again their products as Im disappointed and I cannot return as its a final sale. And I cannot prove it since I didnt record unpacking"
