Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

SHIPPING:

SM PASS INSIDER and VIP accounts receive Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 while SM Pass SUPERSTAR and ICON accounts receive Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $75. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"These boots are very stylish ... and I love how the sole and heel combine to achieve a sort of "wedge heeled" effect. The leather has a bit more "shine" than I expected ... wasn't reflected in the photos. I probably would have selected the Wine or Burgundy color had I known ... but I was looking specifically for Black. Overall a great purchase! Looking forward to wearing them when Fall finalized itself ... today is October 2nd and it's 85 degrees here in New York!"

"I’m a shoe snob so I was worried these Khaite knock offs wouldn’t live up but the snakeskin looks beautiful and high end. The shape is really elegant. I will say they seem to run just a tad bit small so I’d size up if you want to be able to wear anything thicker than tights with them"
