RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gorgeous and just like a certain OTHER shoe

"Love love love holy sh** (not sponsored btw but hey) These are literally EVERYTHING I thought they would be. They look exactly like *cough* Isa Marants.. and are easy to walk around in. Only thing is they do get uncomfortable after a couple hours, but they’re heels so I can’t be complaining. So worth the buy, especially if there’s a discount. Hope this convinced someone to get them!!"

i love it

"it's soo cute i love it! it took about 2 weeks and a half to come but it came a week earlier than expected. the shipping status was barely updated so it was hard to know when it's coming :( i got in size 8.5 and i usually wear 8 for sneakers. and for like narrow toes shoes (like puma speedcat) i wear 8.5. i also have wide feet so getting a half size up was a great choice! my toes doesnt feel tight and with the straps? on top, you can adjust how tight you want. i knew the heel is pretty tall but it was a lot taller than i expected it's kinda heavy too. but compared to the height, it's pretty comfortable but still feels like im walking with a high heel shoes. basically a tall shoes that's comfortable walking. running or walking fast might be a little bit uncomfortable tho. i got the white one and it gets dirty pretty easily. i recommend spraying the suede protection spray!"
