Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

SHIPPING:

SM PASS INSIDER and VIP accounts receive Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 while SM Pass SUPERSTAR and ICON accounts receive Free 2-Day Shipping on orders over $75. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Military/Air Force Bases, and we do not ship to any other countries, regions, territories, U.S. possessions, freight forwarders, PO boxes, or destinations not explicitly listed.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"These shoes are absolutely beautiful—stylish, elegant, and very well made. Unfortunately, the design and weight distribution make them extremely uncomfortable to wear. There is far too much pressure concentrated on the ball of the foot, making them painful after a relatively short time. For context, I’m an avid heel wearer and wear heels seven days a week, so I’m very accustomed to walking and spending long periods of time in high heels. This is not an issue of heel height for me; it’s the way this particular shoe is constructed and balanced. I really wanted to love them because they are gorgeous and the quality is excellent, but unfortunately, these will not do. A beautiful shoe still needs to be wearable. Returning."
