Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2027.

Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. The promotion does not apply on Clearance Items or Gift Card orders.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Military/Air Force Bases, and we do not ship to any other countries, regions, territories, U.S. possessions, freight forwarders, PO boxes, or destinations not explicitly listed.

RETURNS:

Apparel merchandise may be returned by mail or in a Steve Madden store only with the original tags included (polybag with UPC). You may obtain return authorization via phone, Live Chat, e-mail or by signing into your account and going into your order. The authorization requests must be made within 30 days from when your order is delivered.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items and earring purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

"I really like these boots, so versatile. I originally ordered my usual size 9.5 but they were a bit too snug (maybe needed breaking in). So I returned those and ordered a 10. "These boots fit true to size and have lots of room in the toe box. They are wide foot friendly and give good arch support. I walked 1 mile in them from work to the train station. Then I walked up and down 4 flights of steps with no blisters or issues straight out of the box. Happy with this purchase as they look just as good as the other brand but cost less."

Runs Large in foot, small in calf

"Usually a 6.5 but ordered a 7 since it’s all they had. I usually like my boots a bit big but these feel like a full size up, not half a size and even with thick socks, would be too big. I might try the 6.5 but I’m worried the calf will be too tight bc they are tight on the 7 on my regular sized legs. Beautiful color (I got the green) and well made, just wish they fit me better!"
